10. Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov (Russia)
Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov occupies the last position in the list of 10 most wanted criminals in 2019. He was born in Russia on January 1, 1949. AlimzhanTokhtakhunov was a well-known Russian businessman and a remarkable footballer. He then started an Arms Business with an operation based in Moscow. Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov was also known by his nickname “Taiwanchik”.
He was involved in kidnapping, rapes, child abuse and smuggling of different goods like drugs, weapons and human trafficking. In Olympics 2002, he was alleged for bribing judges of skating events. The Italian authorities arrested him on US request but after few hours he was set free. He was reportedly involved in fixing Football and tennis events though referees and players. Now he is living openly in Russia and admitted untouchable by US authorities.
9. Samantha Lewthwaite (White Widdow) British Citizen, Somalia
A British resident, Samantha Lewthwaite was born on 5th December 1983. She is widely known as SherafiyahLewthwaite. She was married to Germaine Lindsay, also known as Abdullah Shaheed Jamal, one of the leading terrorist bomber involved in 7/7 London attacks.
After his death, she was known as White Widow. She was involved in the death of 400 people in different terrorist attacks. She had remained the most active member of a Somalian terrorist organization named “Al-Shabab”. After their utmost efforts, the world’s top agencies were failed to arrest White Widow. Currently, she is living in Somalia and some rumors chant that she has changed her face by plastic surgery.
8. Semion Mogilevich (Ukraine – Russia)
Semion Mogilevich from Ukraine is also one of the most wanted criminals, placed at number 8in the list of most wanted criminals 2018. He is also known as the Crime Boss in the global criminal mafia. According to FBI and other European Law Enforcement agencies, Semion Mogilevich is known as “boss of bosses” of different criminal syndicates of Russia. He is involved in smuggling of Drugs, Weapons, and Human Trafficking and allegedly involved in smuggling of Atomic material, according to the FBI.
Some other accusations on Semion Mogilevich are about extortion and prostitution at the international level. In the Russia-Ukraine gas dispute, his company RosUkrEnergo played a key role and manipulated the flow of events, as said by FBI. He enjoys closed and powerful relations with Russian political figures. He is reportedly found in a close relationship with the former mayor of Moscow. One of the members of Russian intelligence alleged SemionMogilevich and Russian president Vladimir Putin due to their closed business relations. He is now living freely in Moscow and considered as an untouchable man.
7. Felicien Kabuga (Rwanda)
Rwandan business figure FelicienKabuga, born in 1935, was involved in bankrolling and Rwandan genocide which caused almost 8 lac deaths. In 1994, Kabuga’s name was in the list of importers of 5 lac machetes. In 1994, when RPF took control of Rwanda, Kabuga tried to enter Switzerland but he was ordered to leave Switzerland immediately. After that, he went to Congo. Now he is reportedly hiding in Nairobi, Kenya.
6. Ayman al-Zawahiri – Egypt
Egyptian Ayman al-Zawahiri, leader of world’s biggest terrorist organization Al-Qaida was born on June 19, 1951. Ayman al-Zawahiri was elected as the leader (Emir) of Al-Qaeda after the death of Usama Bin Laden in a so-called surgical strike in Abbottabad, Pakistan by US army in May 2011.
He was also the senior leader of the Islamist organization which was responsible for suicide attacks in North America, Nairobi, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In 2012, he released a statement (Fatwa) for Muslim terrorists in which he ordered them to kidnap European and American tourists visiting Muslim countries. After the 9/11 attacks, $25 million was offered by the US State Department for sharing any information and intelligence about Ayman al-Zawahiri.

Omid Tahvili from Tehran, Iran was born on October 31, 1970, and is now a Canadian citizen. He became the member of a criminal gang in Canada which was involved in drugs smuggling and fraud (banking, Digital). That gang was well-established and was connected with different other Criminal organization around the world. He was involved in telemarketing fraud and his prime target was the corporate business community of the US. He was accused of $50 million fraud in the US. In 2008, his name was listed in 10 most wanted criminals by Forbes Magazine.
3. Dawood Ibrahim – India
Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar from India was born on December 27, 1955, in Dongri, Mumbai. He is the head of D-Company, an Indian underground criminal syndicate which was established the 1970s. India’s most wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim is the son of Mumbai Police Head Constable Ibrahim Kaskar. He joined hands with a local gang in his hometown headed by Baba Mastan. After a few years he, along with his brother, established his own gang D-Company. Dawood Ibrahim is involved in different criminal activities in India like murders, extortion, smuggling, money laundering (hawala, hundi) and terrorism.
Indian authorities declared him as the mastermind of famous Mumbai blasts. He is also known as the biggest investor in the Bollywood film industry as he sponsored many heavy budget movies in Bollywood. The estimated value of Dawood Ibrahim’s properties is around $6.5 billion. As the Indian Government’s official statement, Dawood Ibrahim is living in Karachi, Pakistan. India has offered $25 million for any intelligence information to help them arrest Dawood Ibrahim.
2.Ismael Zambada Garcia – Mexico
The second most wanted criminal in this list is Mexican drug lord Ismael Zambada Garcia. He is well known by his nickname Mayo Zambada in Mexican underworld mafias. Mayo Zambada leads an international crime syndicate Sinaloa Cartel involved in heavy drug trafficking, money laundering, extortion, and terrorism. This evil syndicate was established in the mid-1980s in Sinaloa.
He took control of the Sinaloa Cartel after the assassination of Zambada-Garcia, the founder of the syndicate. He is one of the most dangerous drug mafia leaders in Mexico.
